We are on a mission to plant 1 billion verified trees by 2030, collaborating with businesses, planting organizations, and consumers who believe in the transformative power of verified restoration projects to create real and meaningful impact for the planet, nature, and people.
veritree is seeking an Account Executive to accelerate our new customer acquisition. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial, outbound-driven seller who creates opportunities rather than waiting for them — someone who wants to turn sustainability commitments into closed business while helping define a new category at the intersection of technology and nature restoration. You'll own the full sales cycle, from cold outbound to close, while building the pipeline that drives veritree's next stage of growth.
First 3 months — Learn the product, ICP, use cases, and internal processes. Build 1–2x qualified pipeline. Co-sell with established AEs and show you can run effective discovery and control early-stage pipeline.
By 6 months — Run full sales cycles independently. Maintain 3x+ pipeline coverage. Close new-logo deals in the target ACV range.

veritree ensures that compensation is reviewed fairly and consistently, with opportunities for salary progression tied to sustained performance. As such, the salary range for this role is $120,000 to $185,000 CAD/year with a 50/50 base salary and variable sales bonus.
This range is positioned around the 50th-75th percentile of market data we’ve collected, reflecting our commitment to competitive pay. Final offer amounts are based on individual experience and skillset of the candidate demonstrated during the recruitment process.
We reserve the >75th percentile of our salary ranges for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at veritree.
