Accountant

Our client, a provincial not-for-profit athletic organization in SE Calgary, is looking for an Accountant who can step in quickly. The organization supports member clubs, athletes, and coaches across Alberta through program delivery, coach development, events, and membership services.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Payroll administration using Dayforce
• Online banking
• Day-to-day finance administration and support
• Assist with a possible QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online migration

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and online banking
• Payroll experience with Dayforce
• QuickBooks experience; Desktop-to-Online migration experience is a strong asset
• Not-for-profit experience is a strong asset
