What you’ll accomplish with us
As an Agency Support Agent, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Welcome and support clients, in person or by phone, by delivering a professional, high‑quality experience.
Ensure clear communication and effective collaboration with the sales force, directing requests to the appropriate expertise within the Career Support and Services Center when required.
Provide operational support to the sales force, including contract processing, onboarding and integration of new advisors, and managing advisor departures.
Support the Agency Director in daily activities, including meetings, calendar management, organization of agency activities, communication, implementation of administrative processes, report compilation, and document drafting as needed.
Provide administrative support to the entire team, including documenting cabinet tasks, maintaining the agency register up to date, and promoting the use of electronic tools.
Contribute to the management of agency facilities, mail, office supplies, and perform any other ad hoc tasks or mandates assigned by management.

Has 5 to 7 years of experience in the customer service sector.
Position Details:
• On‑site position
• Team service hours: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Work schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Clientele: Clients and sales force
