Job Description & Summary

The L&D Assurance Milestone Program Secondment role supports the effective management of Assurance’s Milestone curriculum (Years 1–4 training). In this role, you will contribute to both content development and the implementation of learning programs, ensuring training remains relevant, high‑quality, and aligned with the needs of early‑career professionals.

Drawing on your recent experience as a program participant, you will help enhance the design and delivery of training initiatives, making them more meaningful and impactful. The role also provides valuable exposure to different parts of the firm, enabling you to build relationships across the organization and gain insights into broader Human Capital (HC) priorities.

This secondment is an opportunity to strengthen your skills in program management, content creation, and stakeholder engagement, while becoming more connected to the Human Capital community and contributing to the ongoing development of Assurance talent.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of 

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Assist in managing the Milestone curriculum across multiple training years 

  • Contribute to content development and ensure smooth implementation of training programs 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Canada/Global Learning & Education (L&E), ARQ, ACS, RAS, and Assurance Operations 

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve 

  • Comfortable helping plan activities, keeping track of tasks, and supporting the smooth operation of training programs 

  • Able to review materials, share feedback based on your own learning experience, and support the practical application of training content 

  • Ready to work with different teams, ask questions, and build positive working relationships across the firm 

  • Communicates ideas clearly, asks for clarification when needed, and provides constructive feedback to continuously improve training programs

  • When applying to a Quebec based opportunity, fluency in French is . Outside of Quebec, fluency in French is an asset

  • This is a 9 month full-time secondment opportunity from April – January 2027

The salary range for this opportunity aligns with the applicants' current position, as the successful candidate's compensation will remain consistent while on secondment. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.  We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation. During the hiring process, our Talent Acquisition team will provide details about our comprehensive total rewards package.
