• Complete detailed reviews of corporate year-end files, following our consistent process
  
  


• Lead compilation and review engagements

• Respond to client requests, questions, and suggestions in a timely manner

• Lead, mentor, and coach our Client Managers and team members to grow their technical abilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  
  


• Valid CPA designation
  
  


• 5+ years of experience in accounting/financial management
  
  


• Proficiency with computerized accounting systems; experience with Karbon and TaxCycle preferred
  
  


• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
  
  

• Leadership, team development, coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution
  
  


• Client relationship management and the ability to build strong client and internal relationships
  
  


• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities
