BA -1070 Business Analyst

• 10 years’ experience in an analyst role working directly with clinical stakeholders to implement changes to workflows or new systems in a healthcare setting. Experience should include documenting customer requirements, mapping business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie.
  
  


• 1 year of experience implementing PROCURA mobile software in a homecare setting.
  
  


• 5 years’ experience leading and executing software testing including developing test plans, testing estimates, and test cases.
  
  


• 4 years’ experience testing and implementing the Sunrise Altera suite.
  
  


• 3 years’ experience implementing software solutions designed to support homecare client registration and clinical documentation.
  
  


• 1 year of experience implementing digital dictation solutions in a healthcare environment.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Certification in Business Analysis. 
  
  


• Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification. 
  
  


• Valid Prosci change management certification. 
  
  


• Copies of degrees or certification
