Baker's Helper

What you’ll do:
A Bakers Helper helps with the overall operation of a bakery, including both front-of-house customer service and back-of-house tasks like preparing ingredients and assisting with baking. They take customer orders, package baked goods, and help manage inventory.

• Greeting customers, answering questions about products, and processing payments.
• Assisting with ingredient measurement, following recipes, and preparing ingredients for baking.
• Assisting with the baking process, such as operating equipment and monitoring quality.
• Helping to maintain stock levels and ensure sufficient supplies for baking.
• Packing and labeling baked goods for sale or takeaway.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
