Benefits Analyst – 12-Month Contract with Potential for Permanent Opportunity

As a Benefits Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of group benefits clients, providing expert guidance on plan administration, renewals, changes, and day-to-day client needs. You will work closely with clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure benefit programs are effectively managed and clients receive timely, knowledgeable support.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the group benefits industry, excellent communication and relationship-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

•  5+ years of experience in group benefits with a deep understanding of the Canadian benefits landscape.
  
•  Financial acumen – Strong analytical skills and experience in benefits underwriting and financial reporting.
  
•  Tech-savvy mindset – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
