Branch/Credit Administrator

Toromont Cat is looking for a Branch/Credit Administrator to join our team in Windsor! This position will be responsible for reviewing customer accounts and manage collection files. This position plays a critical role connecting with our valued customers and as well as provides support for the sales and management teams in the Branch.

In a typical day, YOU will:

• Meet with credit agents on a regular basis to review accounts


• Escalate credit issues to relevant business units to ensure resolution


• Manage collection and legal files


• Ensure proper release of machine sales for all divisions


• Establish credit limits promptly and according to Toromont credit policy


• Create various Excel models (reports) to facilitate analysis of the following: Credit limits, Collections Status, Monthly dashboard


• Collection Projections

Must-haves for this role:

• Post-secondary education


• 3 to 5 years of credit administration experience
