We're looking for a File Maintenance Clerk (Front End) to join our Bulk Petroleum team in Roblin, MB.

What You'll Do
Reporting to the Petroleum Manager, you will play an important role in supporting our petroleum operations while providing exceptional service to our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering outstanding customer service through daily customer interactions.

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.

• Dispatching petroleum deliveries and coordinating orders with drivers.

• Promoting Co-op petroleum products, lubricants, and crop input solutions.

• Processing customer payments and completing daily cash balancing procedures.

• Receiving fuel shipments, balancing litres, approving invoices, and maintaining petroleum-related documentation.

• Working closely with team members across departments and with external suppliers.

• Assisting with other duties as assigned to support business operations.

You are passionate about customer service and administration and bring:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of petroleum products and lubricants.

• Familiarity with the local area and surrounding region.

• Excellent organizational and computer skills.

• Retail or administrative experience in a similar role.
