Zenetec is looking for a motivated, dependable, and hands-on Car Wash Interior Detailing Lead to join our team at our Veterans location!

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will lead daily interior detailing operations, support your team, and ensure Zenetec's quality and safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate the interior detailing team while promoting a positive work environment.


• Oversee daily interior detailing operations to ensure efficiency and quality.


• Train and mentor team members on proper detailing techniques, equipment use, and company procedures.


• Perform quality control checks to ensure vehicles meet Zenetec's standards.


• Assist with opening and closing procedures to ensure operations run smoothly.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.


• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with customer questions and concerns.


• Monitor cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment to ensure safe and proper use.


• Identify operational concerns and assist with troubleshooting when needed.


• Work closely with management to maintain processes and support continuous improvement.


• Ensure all team members follow company safety policies and procedures.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous automotive detailing or car wash experience is an asset.


• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.


• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to lead by example and work effectively within a team.


• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.


• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.


• Experience with ICS and Tommy Car Wash systems is an asset.
