Cardlock Maintenance Clerk

Lakeland Co-op is currently seeking a CARDLOCK MAINTENANCE CLERK for our Cardlock locations in Cold Lake and Bonnyville, Alberta.

What you’ll do:

We are looking for a Cardlock Maintenance Clerk who is eager to be a part of a great team, enthusiastic about representing and handling our products, can work alone, and has the skills and desire to provide outstanding customer service. 

Our Cardlock Maintenance Clerk will: 

• Maintain and upkeep our Cardlock locations (snow removal, salting where needed, washing concrete pads, etc.)
• Ensuring all equipment and pumps are running properly
• Report faulty equipment to Manager
• Replace faulty equipment when required
• Establish a friendly connection with customers and provide exemplary service in all capacities
• Provide information to customers/Members when required
• Utilize a high attention to detail in maintaining the Cardlock Locations
• Other duties as required
• Keep safety as a top priority 
• Represent Lakeland Co-op in a professional and positive manner

Who you are: 

We are seeking candidates with the following preferred qualifications:

• Good communication skills and strong customer services skills
• Motivated to work and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision
• Honest and trustworthy, strong work ethic, and striving to be the best at what you do
• High school diploma or its equivalent preferred
• The ability to lift heavy materials (10+ kg)

• Acceptance of Lakeland Co-op’s Health and Safety Policies and Procedures

• Must be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screening and Criminal Record Check.

• Must have a valid driver’s licence and acceptable driver’s abstract
