A financial services organization is evolving its customer-centric model with the deployment of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud for wealth management. A Change Management Consultant is sought to support the adoption of the solution by advisors and business units.
The role encompasses analyzing the impact of change on roles and processes (sales, service, advisor experience), developing and executing the change management plan, designing communication and training strategies, supporting deployment, and monitoring adoption (adoption and operational efficiency KPIs) in collaboration with the Product Owner and business analysts.

The ideal candidate has experience leading change management projects for large-scale technology implementations, ideally CRM or Salesforce, within a financial or institutional environment.
Recognized expertise (Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent) and the ability to thrive in complex decision-making environments are essential.
