Job Description - Channel Partner Manager EMEA (f/m/d)

For more than 80 years, we have pioneered intelligent monitoring solutions to keep our customer's rotating equipment operating at peak performance worldwide.Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director EMEA, you will collaborate closely with the Brüel & Kjær Vibro Solution Consultant team, Key Account Manager and NSK team. This role demands strategic foresight and operational excellence, balancing immediate objectives with sustainable growth initiatives. You will demonstrate strong leadership by effectively communicating the company's vision and translating it into measurable outcomes through exceptional communication and influencing skills.

  • Nurture and expand relationships with existing partners within Asset-Intensive Industries to support B&K Vibro’s growth objectives. 
  • Leverage a deep understanding of process industries (Power, Utilities, Metals, Mining & Minerals, Pulp &Paper, Pharma etc.) to identify opportunities for enhancing partner engagement. 
  • Build and manage commercially viable relationships with distributors and representatives. 
  • Develop and articulate strategic rationales for strengthening existing alliances based on ecosystem analysis and long-term growth strategy. 
  • Coordinate and monitor the partner pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely updates in Salesforce (SFDC). 
  • Design and implement a structured process for monitoring partner performance and identifying growth opportunities. 
  • Participate in strategic decisions related to product platforms and solutions partner connectivity. 
  • Facilitate product transitions and roll-outs, ensuring comprehensive support services for successful partner integration. 
  • Ensure organizational alignment by identifying critical functions, tasks, and accountabilities required from key B&K Vibro stakeholders to execute the partner growth strategy. 
  • Direct and coordinate R&D support, customer support, sales, and other services for Solutions Partners. 
  • Set and manage program targets, implement partner onboarding programs, and communicate best practices from industry and professional groups. 
  • Transform the existing ecosystem of channel partners and representatives to align with the company’s growth strategy, ensuring optimal partner performance and synergy with B&K Vibro’s objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven success in growing and developing technology ecosystems and negotiating partnership pricing and contracts. 
  • Understanding of process industries relevant to B&K Vibro's growth markets is a plus but not required. 
  • Confident presenting to both small and large groups. 
  • Strong ability to collaborate and influence across teams. 
  • Fluent English skills (other european languages such as German, French or Spanish would be also an advantage) and exceptional communication skills. 
  • Strategic thinking and operational excellence. 
  • Ability to coordinate and monitor partner pipeline activities, translating them into actionable insights within Salesforce (SFDC). 
  • Knowledge of predictive maintenance and digital transformation within the process industry is a plus. 
  • Comfortable working in fluid, fast-paced environments. 
  • Willingness to engage in extensive international travel.
