Client Development & Marketing Manager - Pharma

We are seeking a results-oriented Client Development and Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our business development program and support sustainable growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and continuously improve the organization's business development pipeline and CRM.
  
  


• Identify, qualify, and advance new business opportunities from referrals, partnerships, events, campaigns, and inbound enquiries.
  
  


• Prepare opportunity briefs and coordinate qualified opportunities through the pursuit process.
  
  


• Plan and deliver business development initiatives, including timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
  
  


• Coordinate senior leaders, service leads, project managers, and subject matter experts on BD activities.
  
  


• Support proposal development, submissions, follow-up, and performance tracking.
  
  


• Monitor pipeline, client mix, conversion rates, and other BC metrics; provide regular reporting and recommendations to leadership.
  
  


• Coordinate business development requirements with marketing support.
  
  


• Maintain and improve BD processes, playbooks, tools, and templates.
  
  

What we're looking for:

• Experience in business development, sales, consulting, professional services or a related field
  
  


• Strong pipeline, CRM, and opportunity-management experience
  
  


• Excellent project management, organization and follow-through
  
  


• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  
  


• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts
  
  


• Commercially minded, analytical, proactive, and comfortable using data to drive decisions
  
  


• Experience with proposals, client pursuits, or complex sales processes is an asset
