We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Clinical Director, Radiation Medicine Program (RMP) to provide strategic and operational leadership for one of the largest and most comprehensive radiation medicine programs in North America. This is an exceptional opportunity to influence the future of radiation oncology services, foster innovation, and lead a highly specialized interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering world-class patient care. Based on the structure and leadership expectations outlined in the Clinical Director posting template and informed by the RMP Director of Operations role, this position combines clinical leadership, strategic planning, operational excellence, quality improvement, and people leadership.
Position Summary
As a member of the Radiation Medicine Program Executive Team and Princess Margaret leadership team, the Clinical Director will provide energetic, collaborative, and visionary leadership for all clinical, operational, quality, human resource, educational, and patient care activities within the Radiation Medicine Program.
Working in partnership with the Head of the Radiation Medicine Program, Medical Directors, Professional Practice leaders, researchers, educators, and operational leaders, the Clinical Director will ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care while advancing innovation, research, education, and system transformation initiatives. The Clinical Director is accountable for strategic planning, operational performance, quality outcomes, resource stewardship, workforce engagement, and fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture.
