The University of the Fraser Valley Student Union Society (SUS) is a BC Not-For-Profit Society representing and serving UFV students. The Society manages the Student Union Building and facilitates services such as the UFV U-PASS, food services, and the student health and dental plan. SUS also provides support to an active community by organizing events, overseeing clubs and association's and provides wellness and developmental programming. As the official representative body of UFV students, our mission is to be an inclusive community that provides high-quality, accessible programs and services. Position: Clubs and Associations Assistant
Work Schedule: Part-Time, Monday to Friday (25-30 hours per week)
Duration: September 4 to December 10, 2026
Salary: $19.23 per hour
Reporting to: Programs & Services Manager
Position Description
The Clubs & Associations Assistant plays a key role in supporting the delivery and administration of the SUS Clubs & Associations (C&As) Program. This position focuses on providing consistent administrative support, assisting with the implementation of processes and policies, and ensuring clubs are well-supported in their day-to-day operations.
The C&A Assistant is responsible for supporting program operations through strong organization, attention to detail, and clear communication. This includes assisting with documentation, responding to inquiries, and contributing to the ongoing development and refinement of procedures and policies that support a fair and effective C&A program.

A weekly schedule will be agreed in advance with the Programs and Services manager and, within reason, accommodate the employee’s academic schedule (if applicable). Priority will be given to current UFV Students
