CNC Operator

AL Fabrication is seeking a CNC Operator to join its manufacturing team. In this role you will help produce precision metal components using CNC plasma cutting and press brake equipment. If you take pride in accuracy, efficiency, and quality workmanship, we'd love to hear from you.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor CNC plasma cutting equipment to cut metal parts accurately and efficiently


• Set up, program as required, and operate CNC press brake equipment for bending and forming metal components


• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders


• Perform machine setup, tooling changes, and material loading


• Verify dimensions and quality of finished parts using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and squares

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience with CNC plasma table and press brake equipment


• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality


• Ability to stand for extended periods


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) periodically


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
