Community Agent ( Fort Chipewyan & Fort Simpson & Hay River)

Air Tindi is currently looking for a Community Agent.  We pride our self on safety, customer satisfaction and professionalism. Air Tindi is looking for Agents in Fort Chipeywan and Fort Simpson and Hay River.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities included, but not limited to:

• Checking passengers in;


• Processing payments for flights, cargo;


• Answering phone inquiries;


• Maintain facility orderliness;


• Perform any other duties as required.

Requirements

• Grade 9 or equivalent, ability to speak an aboriginal language will be considered an asset;


• 2 years of experience in a customer service field;


• Ability to work in a fast paced environment;


• Possess a high degree of professionalism;


• Demonstrated solid written and oral communication skills;


• Ability to develop and maintain positive vendor relationships;


• Valid and unrestricted Class 5 driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract.
