As a  Health care clinic Security Guard , there is a high focus on customer service, Patrolling and De-escalation, since you will be working with people all shift, in a Health care clinic environment

Responsibilities for Community Health Clinic Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors


• Perform regular patrols in the Building and Parkade area to identify potential risks and maintain order and establish presence.


• Monitor CCTV


• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams


• Answer questions in person or by phone


• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns


• Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.


• Remove unwanted persons from the property 


• Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.


• Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.

Qualifications for Community Health Clinic Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada


• Hold a valid Manitoba security license


• Exceptional customer service skills


• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills


• Good verbal and written communication skills


• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)


• De-escalation skills


• Verbal Judo skills ( Asset)


• Leadership and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work in a stressful environment
