Construction Helper

About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Construction Helper to join our team in Vernon. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be supporting a variety of restoration and construction projects. If you enjoy physical work, being part of a team, and seeing the results of your efforts at the end of the day, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials
• Assist with demolition of structures and site preparation
• Clean and organize job sites, including salvaging materials
• Support waterproofing, damp-proofing, and surface restoration work
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment

What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 7 months to 1 year of related experience preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable and team-oriented

Work Environment
• On-site role (no remote work)
• Overtime opportunities may be available
• Hours will be scheduled based on project needs
