Construction Project Coordinator - High Rise

Our Client is a top developer in Toronto with active developments across the region.  Due to continued growth, we are recruiting and experienced project coordinator to join this established team. 

Job Description:

·      Work with Sr Project Manager throughout the construction cycle 

·      Assist with contracts management and administration 

·      Liaise with site team, consultants, sub trades and city officials

·      Attend meetings and take minutes in meetings

·      Develop and maintain positive working relationships with project partners

·      Track an monster project milestones, budgets and schedules

·      Read and update drawings

·      Change order management 

Requirements

·      Bachelor's degree or college degree in relevant field (architecture, engineering, construction management or project management preferred)

·      Minimum 2-5 years’ experience working for a developer or general contractor in the residential sector

·      Experience in Project Management software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, etc.) is beneficial

·      Ability to read and analyze drawings
