Job Description - Consultant Gig #1022–Toronto–Integrated Public Relations Partner both Investor Relations (IR) an


Client



An ICG partner is looking to work with a single, integrated public relations partner that can cover both Investor Relations (IR) and financial IPO\-grade public relations in\-house.


Their objective is narrative consistency, speed, and senior\-level execution, not a bundled marketing solution.





Role 







  • Investor targeting and buy\-side mapping (institutional focus)

  • Equity story refinement from an institutional investor lens

  • Analyst positioning and capital markets readiness

  • IPO roadshow preparation and management Q&A coaching

  • Ongoing investor perception feedback and narrative adjustment

  • Tier\-1 financial and business media access (e.g., Bloomberg, FT, WSJ, Reuters, CNBC, as relevant)

  • Chairman and executive positioning as category experts

  • IPO milestone communications and background briefings

  • Crisis and issues preparedness ahead of IPO

Skills and experience required



  • General marketing services

  • Social media management

  • Website or content management

  • Design or creative production

  • Junior\-led execution models

  • Hour\-based retainers without outcome accountability











Logistics

Start date & Duration: Immediate, with an expectation of 6 months duration on a rolling basis








Location:  Toronto 


Daily Net Rates: Will be confirmed; rates are dependent on the candidate’s experience and expertise.

– The client will then conduct interviews. Please note that the net rate quoted applies to ICG Affiliate rates, which are available to ICG Members only.

– Any previously agreed and documented rates for candidates introduced to ICG through approved third parties will continue to be honoured.
