We are looking for a charismatic, high-energy, and deeply creative Content Creator & On-Camera Personality to become the face and voice of Mntd across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
This is not a traditional behind-the-scenes social media management role. We need an extroverted storyteller who thrives in front of the camera, commands attention within the first two seconds of a scroll, and can talk about men's comfort, confidence, and fabric tech with authenticity and wit.
You’ll be on the front lines—hosting videos, conducting street interviews, testing our gear in real-time, and turning brand storytelling into viral growth. Yes, you’ll shoot and edit your own stuff, but your primary superpower is your on-camera presence.

You’re a natural communicator: You can talk to anyone, whether you're breaking down our Pristine Pouch™ tech to the camera or interviewing strangers on the street.
You’re a digital native: You know what makes a video hit the FYP. You understand hooks, pacing, and internet culture inside and out.
You’re a self-starter: You can take a loose concept, script it (or freestyle it), shoot it, and edit it into a masterpiece without needing a ton of direction.
You’re adaptable: You balance creative storytelling with performance, always willing to test new formats to see what resonates with our audience.
The Opportunity:
On-Camera Talent & Content Creation
Act as the primary on-camera personality for Mntd across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Brainstorm, script, shoot, and edit high-impact short-form videos (organic content and paid ads).
Bring a fun, relatable, and confident energy to the brand's social presence.
Experiment with different on-camera formats: educational breakdowns, comedic sketches, street interviews, and product demos.
Social Media Execution & Optimization
Own the day-to-day posting and aesthetic of our social channels.
Write killer, platform-native captions and text overlays that match your on-camera vibe.
Track what performs well, listen to the comments, and iterate quickly based on data and trends.
Engage with our community in the comments and DMs to build a loyal fanbase.
Creator & Trend Support
Stay ahead of internet culture, audio trends, and platform features, jumping on them before they get old.
Help scout, brief, and collaborate with other creators and influencers to expand our reach.
Qualifications:
A strong portfolio/social presence showcasing your on-camera work (Applications without video examples/links will not be considered).
2+ years of experience creating short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) either for a brand or your own personal channel.
Strong mobile video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) with an eye for fast pacing, clean transitions, and engaging text graphics.
Exceptional communication skills—you are outgoing, witty, and unbothered by being in public view.
Highly organized and able to keep up with a fast-paced retail startup environment.

Salary:
