Job Description: Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.

• This is a community based position providing services in clinic within the Primary Health Care Networks (Regina) and can be assigned to one of the primary Health Care Network. Home base for this position is: 204 Wascana Street.
