Job Type: Direct Placement 

Work Environment: On-site / permanent ? Full-time

Pay: $120,000 – $140,000 per year, plus an annual bonus 

We're recruiting a Controller on behalf of an established manufacturing client in Windsor, ON. This is an active, confirmed vacancy for an immediate hire.

About the role

You'll own the finance function day to day. Reporting, analysis, and the systems that produce both. This is a hands-on seat rather than an oversight one, suited to someone who has already carried a controllership and wants to keep their hands in the numbers while leading a team.

What we're looking for

• Prior experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Finance Manager. You've done this work, not just supported it


• Strong financial analysis capability


• Solid working experience with ERP systems, and genuine comfort in a systems-heavy environment


• Demonstrated leadership experience


• CPA designation preferred


• Background in manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or tool & mold environments is an asset

Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM


• On-site, with occasional flexibility to work remotely


• Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 base, plus annual bonus
