Cook (Pizza Maker) - Francophone Mobility Program

Job Description:

·         Prepare and cook complete meals or individual
dishes and foods as per The Curious Cafe standards approved by the manager on
duty.

·         Cooking and handling of food, determine size of
food portions, estimate food requirements, check inventory levels and monitor
and order supplies.

·         Inspect kitchen and food service areas.

·         Principal set up and break -down of kitchen and
cleaning. Clean kitchen and work area.

·         Maintain inventory and records of food,
supplies, and equipment.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Cook

·         Completion of High School

·         Pizza forno experience is an asset

·         Language in the workplace is English
