Door Doctor est en pleine expansion et recherche un(e) coordonnateur(trice) de service bilingue, structuré(e) et orienté(e) client, pour soutenir ses opérations dans un environnement dynamique.

Ton rôle (concret)

• Planifier et dispatcher les techniciens pour les appels de service


• Assurer le suivi des demandes clients et maintenir une communication claire


• Gérer les bons de travail du début à la fin (ouverture, suivi, fermeture)


• Coordonner les pièces avec l’entrepôt 


• Soutenir les techniciens sur le terrain (logistique, accès, informations)


• Collaborer avec la facturation pour assurer un traitement efficace


• Poste dynamique où les priorités évoluent rapidement.

Profil recherché

• Bilingue (français / anglais)


• Expérience en coordination, dispatch ou rôle similaire
  (construction, service ou milieu technique = un atout)


• Excellentes capacités d’organisation et gestion des priorités


• À l’aise dans un environnement rapide


• Bon communicateur (clients et équipe terrain)


• Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Outlook, etc.)


• Attitude positive, proactive et orientée solutions

Door Doctor is expanding and looking for a Bilingual Service Coordinator, organized and customer-focused, to support operations in a dynamic environment.

Your Role (Day-to-Day)

• Plan and dispatch technicians for service calls


• Follow up on customer requests and ensure clear communication


• Manage work orders from start to finish (open, track, close)


• Coordinate parts with the warehouse


• Support field technicians (logistics, site access, job details)


• Collaborate with billing to ensure accurate processing


• Fast-paced role where priorities shift regularly.

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual (French / English)


• Experience in coordination, dispatch, or similar role
  (construction, service, or technical field is an asset)


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills


• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment


• Strong communication skills (clients and internal teams)


• Proficient with tools like Excel, Outlook, etc.


• Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
