Paylidify is a leading payment technology company specializing in secure, integrated payment solutions and commerce management tools for businesses across both in-store and online channels. As a Corporate Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence within the SMB market, helping businesses streamline their payment processes and drive growth.
In this dynamic, client-facing position, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and managing the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to successful onboarding. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions are tailored to market needs and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
Prospect and acquire net-new SMB business by positioning Paylidify solutions to potential clients.
Manage the full sales cycle, including outreach, relationship building, closing, and coordinating onboarding with internal teams.
Build and nurture relationships within partner and customer organizations, influencing key decision-makers through various channels (email, phone, in-person).
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outbound efforts.
Collaborate with Administration, Operations, Marketing, and Regional Management to align go-to-market strategies and ensure solutions fit market needs.
Develop and implement creative go-to-market strategies to drive business growth.
Required Qualifications:
Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a quota-carrying sales role
Experience conducting outbound prospecting, primarily through in-person (field/face-to-face) outreach
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a qualifying or prospecting sales role
Experience managing a full sales cycle from outreach to close
Experience using CRM tools such as Pipedrive
Experience with collaboration tools like Slack and Asana
Experience selling to SMB customers in restaurants, retail, or service-based industries
Competitive salary of CAD $48,000–$72,000 per year, plus commission and additional target bonus incentives
