C-Store Manager

Central Plains Co-op is currently recruiting for a full-time Gas Bar Manager for our Perdue Gas Bar.

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused leader who is committed to providing exceptional service, supporting Team Members, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

As the Gas Bar Manager, you will provide leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Perdue Gas Bar. Responsibilities include managing inventory, merchandising, and overall store operations; preparing and monitoring budgets, sales, expenses, and business plans; processing claims and invoices; ensuring environmental, safety, and regulatory standards are met; coaching, developing, and supporting Team Members; and delivering outstanding customer service while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous retail supervisory experience (Gas Bar, C-Store, Cardlock, or petroleum industry experience is considered an asset).
• A valid Class 5 (or higher) Driver's Licence.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a valid Propane Dispensing Certification.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
