RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Reception & Experience

• Warmly welcome clients upon arrival while embodying Rennaï’s luxury etiquette and hospitality standards.


• Offer refreshments, introduce store services, and guide clients smoothly through their visit.


• Maintain a visible and attentive presence on the floor to anticipate needs and elevate guest comfort.

Client Flow & Appointment Coordination

• Manage the store's appointment schedule across consultations, wellness services, and beauty experiences.


• Support in orchestrating client flow to reduce wait times and maintain smooth operational rhythm.


• Coordinate with Beauty Advisors, Experience Managers, and store leadership to optimize the customer journey.

Brand Representation

• Uphold Rennaï’s visual and sensory identity, including ambiance, cleanliness, scent profile, and product presentation.


• Maintain impeccable personal presentation aligned with luxury beauty standards.


• Share Rennaï’s philosophy, brand stories, and product highlights to enrich client engagement and discovery.

Customer Support

• Provide initial product guidance or directional support, referring clients to specialists when needed.


• Assist with VIP hosting, private appointments, and curated luxury retail experiences.


• Address basic customer inquiries regarding products, services, or promotions.

Store Operations

• Assist with opening/closing routines and ensure the store is always polished and guest‑


• Prepare and restock hospitality areas, maintaining a refined and welcoming lounge environment.


• Support event setups, client gifting, merchandising preparations, and day‑to‑day floor readiness.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED

Professional Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, beauty, or other customer‑facing environments.


• Knowledge of luxury service principles and expectations of high‑end clientele.


• Excellent communication skills in English and French.

Soft Skills

• Natural elegance, warmth, and professional poise.


• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to remain calm under pressure.


• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.

Technical Skills
