The role: Customer Solutions Architect (CSA)
We are seeking a Customer Solutions Architect to prime pre-sales solutioning across our data, voice, mobility, and IoT portfolios and, drive success and experience post sales. As a trusted advisor, you will combine technical expertise with a consultative, customer-first approach—simplifying complex solutions and translating them into real business value. You will partner closely with Sales Executives to design scalable, customer-centric solutions that drive top-line growth, cross-sell opportunities, and faster contract-to-cash execution.
