The ROLE
Reporting to the Manager, the Day Treatment Child and Youth Worker works collaboratively with children, youth, families, teachers, educational support staff, and interdisciplinary team members to provide consistent, high-quality therapeutic interventions.
In partnership with the Halton Catholic District School Board (HCDSB), ROCK's new OASIS Day Treatment Program will be based in Oakville, Ontario and will provide specialized therapeutic and educational support to students within a structured day treatment setting.
During the ten-month school year, you will provide therapeutic classroom and treatment support within the Day Treatment Program. During school closures, including summer months, March Break, and scheduled school holidays, you will support youth within ROCK's Live-In Treatment Program.
Hours of Work for this position: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. | 37.5 hours per week
