PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute a strategic territory growth plan that consistently delivers revenue and market share gains by introducing clinicians to a portfolio of implant and digital dentistry technologies that improve clinical outcomes and practice efficiency.
Identify, prospect, and convert new customer opportunities throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
Expand existing customer relationships through regular account reviews and solution-based selling.
Build relationships with general dentists, specialists, treatment coordinators, and practice owners.
Participate in educational programs, industry meetings, trade shows, and customer events.
Partner with internal clinical and customer support teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Education & Training
Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, Science, Healthcare, or a related discipline is preferred.
Work Experience & Accomplishments
Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B field sales success in a competitive market with a demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales objectives.
Experience identifying and converting new business opportunities while growing existing customer relationships.
Background in healthcare, dental, medical devices, or another professional sales environment is considered an asset.
Skills & Competencies
Demonstrated hunter mentality with the confidence to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication abilities.
Disciplined territory planning and pipeline management.
Highly organized with excellent follow-up habits.
Self-motivated with the ability to perform independently in a field-based role.
