DIGITAL COMMUNITY STRATEGIST

What will you do?

• Influence platform strategy and collaborate with dedicated ReferralNET business developers  to capture market opportunities and deliver strong business performance
  


• Strategize and execute a community management plan leveraging all roles and channels in community
  


• Drive growth and retention activities inside and outside the community, to acquire clients and increase market share
  


• Deliver an exceptional content management experience where advice and talent referral capability is the compelling value proposition for both employer clients and Referral Ambassadors.
  


• Be a connector within the industry communities we serve
  


• Attract and accelerate development of community knowledge and talent in collaboration with Rutherford International and NEXTalent's Talent Marketplace
  


• Collaborate on the consistent identification of superior performing talent.
  


• Create the strategies necessary to execute high performing Influencer programmes.
  


• Monitor trends in order to provide recommendations to clients on how to leverage their brand within the referral community platform.
  

Must-have

• Demonstrate a clear understanding of applied network theory to digital community development
  


• Experience in capitalizing on emerging trends and proactively defending against competition
  


• Ability to influence a creative workforce including sourcing, developing and promoting community talent; as well as managing content development remotely
  

Nice-to-have

• Experience in editorial oversight and publication planning
