Key Responsibilities

  Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing and clinical programs.

  Ensure compliance with provincial standards, legislation, and best practice guidelines.

Qualifications

• 
  

  Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM).

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in long-term care or healthcare management.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of Manitoba LTC standards, accreditation, and quality systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
