You will be responsible for fostering a collaborative culture, building great partnerships with other studios and achieving operational excellence across various game development projects. This role requires a dynamic, strategic, and innovative leader who can build and guide teams, manage resources effectively, and maintain alignment with organizational objectives. \n \nWhat you\u0027ll do \n\n * Develop and execute a clear strategic vision for the Co-Development Studio aligned with overall organizational goals.\n * Drive effective cross-studio collaboration, ensuring alignment on project timelines, resource allocation, and build an outstanding studio from the ground up.\n * Oversee daily operations, budgeting, resource allocation, and project scheduling.\n * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.\n * Continually optimize internal processes for efficiency and effectiveness.\n * Build, mentor, and develop a high performing studio leadership group.\n * Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\n * Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and encourage professional growth.\n * Set the culture for the studio and build a great working environment for all.\n * Maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating studio capabilities, progress, and challenges.\n * Act as a liaison between the Co-Development team and supported video game studios, facilitating productive dialogue and cooperation.\n * Manage the studio\u2019s profit and loss (P\u0026L), ensuring fiscal responsibility, profitability, and growth.\n * Collaborate with finance and operations teams to accurately forecast, budget, and report financial performance.\n\n\n\n \nWhat you\u0027ll bring \n \n\n\n * Minimum 10 years of experience in the video game industry with at least 10years in a senior leadership role.\n * Proven track record in studio/functional team management, team leadership, and budgeting.\n * Exceptional strategic, operational, and financial acumen.\n * Deep understanding of video game development processes.\n * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build and maintain effective relationships across diverse teams.\n * Demonstrated experience in fostering innovative and collaborative cultures.\n * Inspirational leader with strong strategic vision\n * Collaborative, approachable, and a trusted mentor\n * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\n * Resilient and able to navigate change and uncertainty effectively.\n\n\n\n \nAt Wizards, we believe in the magic of diversity\u2014great ideas come from unique perspectives.
