Dispatcher

The Co-op Refinery Complex is hiring 3 Dispatchers. These positions require on-site work and are based in Regina, SK. 

Shifts available: 12hr shift, 6am-6pm/6pm-6am. 4 on (2 days, 2 nights), and 5 off (permanent) 

                                12hr shift, 6am-6pm/6pm-6am Relief (permanent) 

                                Day shift - Average 37.3 hours over a 2-week period.  8.20 hour days. (temporary 3-month term) 

What you’ll do: 

You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain operations. Your primary duties will include: 

• Operate and maintain Terminal Management System. 


• Maintain operation of loading racks, products, and customers. 


• Maintain rack and product information (products, temperatures, additive rates, recipes etc.) 


• Generate, process and key truck and rail Bills of lading. 


• Analyze and plan rail and truck loading. 


• Forecast loading plan. 


• Driver orientation and training. 


• Performs data entry duties related as required. 


• Maintain bill of lading printers. 


• Confirm carrier freight from Bills of lading, including truck and rail dispatch as required. 


• Inventory management at corporate bulk plants; tracing and expediting of shipments. 


• Telephone duties as required. 


• Other duties as assigned.

The Team: You will work closely with the Petroleum Distribution team and will report into the Transportation Supervisor.

Who you are: 
You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and Logistics and: 

• Have a high school diploma, plus business course, which includes data entry training on comparable equipment or six months’ data entry experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience is required. 


• Are eligible to enroll in CITT Level I certification. 


• Have good interpersonal and communication skills
