We are currently seeking a Distribution Supervisor (Evening Shift)for ourWinnipeg Distribution Centre located at 230 Panet Road.
As a DistributionSupervisor you will be responsible for supervising and training the distribution team members to meet the company’s strategic, competitive, and internal needs while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

As the Distribution Supervisor you will:
Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in the daily warehouse operations.
Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the assigned distribution team members.
Observe the health and safety regulations while maintaining the warehouse in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
Maintain warehouse and machinery, ensuring the equipment is serviced when needed, and the workspace is always kept clean and tidy.
Manage and facilitate the inbound/outbound operations of the Distribution Centre and other off-site storage facilities when required.

Success Metrics:
Effectively plan, organize and participate in daily warehouse activities.
Optimize training, supervising and evaluation of team member’s performance.
Ensure health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse. Part of this includes ensuring warehouse machinery and equipment are properly maintained and serviced.
Manage and facilitate in an efficient way in/outbound operations, including off-site storage when required
Core Competencies:
Previous management experience in a distribution-oriented environment.
Effective decision making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to build high-performing work teams.
Direct and motivate subordinates in a dynamic work environment.
Customer-focused.
Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn in-house computer programs

Flexible work schedules to meet the requirements of the operation.
Demonstrates the company’s values in all aspects of their work performance.
Be available to work from 2:30pm- 11:00pm, overtime as needed
