Pinchin is seeking a skilled End User Support Specialist to join our join our IT Team in Mississauga, ON. The role reports to Manager, IT Support.
Role Overview
The EndâUser Support Specialist provides frontline technical support to Pinchin employees, ensuring reliable, efficient, and professional IT services across the organization. Reporting to the Manager, IT Support, this role is responsible for supporting endâuser hardware, software, and systems while maintaining high standards of service, documentation, and quality control. The EndâUser Support Specialist works closely with internal teams to resolve technical issues, support new employee onboarding, and contribute to a positive, productive work environment that reflects Pinchin’s core values.
