Join a team dedicated to ensuring the safety, environmental compliance, and certification of Canada's future River-class Destroyer fleet. Reporting to the Engineering Lead, Product Safety, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to support the execution of the Product Safety and Environmental Program across one of Canada's most advanced naval shipbuilding projects.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to warship design and complex systems, including propulsion, sensors, weapons, and combat systems, while developing expertise in Systems Engineering disciplines such as Verification & Validation, Human Systems Integration, Supportability, and Survivability.
Due to the nature of work Irving Shipbuilding does, all successful applicants must meet requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Please note this position requires a full-time, in-office presence.
