This role is focused on driving strategic growth within the financial services sector by engaging senior decision-makers across banking, insurance, capital markets, and fintech organizations.
You will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and be responsible for developing new business opportunities while expanding existing relationships.
The position requires a strong consultative sales approach, helping clients understand how automation and AI can transform operational efficiency and compliance outcomes.
You will work closely with C-suite stakeholders, transformation leaders, and technical teams to position high-impact enterprise solutions.
This is a high-visibility role in a fast-paced environment where quota attainment and strategic execution are key measures of success.

Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute a territory strategy to drive revenue growth across enterprise financial services accounts, including banking, insurance, fintech, and capital markets.
- Own full-cycle enterprise sales processes, consistently achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, transformation leaders, and operational stakeholders across target organizations.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while expanding existing enterprise customer relationships.
- Deliver value-based selling presentations, clearly articulating ROI, efficiency gains, and business transformation outcomes enabled by automation and AI.
- Collaborate with partners and system integrators to develop pipeline opportunities and ensure successful implementations.
- Partner with internal teams, including customer success and product specialists, to ensure strong customer adoption and satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Drive cross-functional alignment internally to share insights, best practices, and improve sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise or solution-based sales, with a strong track record of quota attainment.
- 3+ years of experience selling into financial services organizations (banking, insurance, fintech, or capital markets).
- Proven ability to sell complex software solutions and communicate AI, automation, and digital transformation value to senior executives.
- Strong understanding of financial services priorities such as compliance, risk management, fraud prevention, and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated success in building and expanding enterprise accounts and closing new logos.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes such as cost reduction, improved controls, and process optimization.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across complex organizations.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments and collaborating with technical and delivery teams.
- Data-driven and strategic approach to territory planning and opportunity identification.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50%.
