Enterprise Change Management Manager

Toromont Cat is looking for a Enterprise Change Management Manager to join our team in Concord! Reporting to the Director, Program Management Office (PMO), the position partners with executive sponsors, business leaders, project teams and stakeholders across the enterprise to build readiness, strengthen engagement and enable successful delivery outcomes. The Enterprise Change Management Manager is responsible for establishing and continuously improving Toromont's approach to organizational change. This role defines the frameworks, tools, standards, and measures that help leaders successfully adopt new ways of working and realize the intended business outcomes of strategic initiatives. The position will also lead enterprise change management across a portfolio of strategic initiatives that advance Toromont's growth, operational effectiveness, employee experience and business values. This role is accountable for helping leaders and teams understand, adopt and sustain meaningful change as organizational priorities evolve.

In a typical day, YOU will:

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for enterprise-wide initiatives.


• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to drive engagement, adoption, and business readiness.


• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments, identifying risks and mitigation plans.


• Design and coordinate training, communications, and enablement programs to support successful change.


• Coach leaders on change communications, stakeholder management, and adoption best practices.


• Monitor adoption, manage resistance, and support continuous improvement through metrics and feedback.

Must-haves for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Business, HR, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.


• 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or enterprise change initiatives.


• Experience leading stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, communication planning, and adoption activities.


• Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent change management certification preferred.


• Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.


• Experience supporting complex changes involving people, processes, technology, and business operations.


• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful change outcomes.
