Experienced CCTV Operator

Clearwater Municipal Services is currently seeking an **Experienced CCTV Operator** to join our growing team specializing in trenchless sewer rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in pipeline inspection and mapping, and a commitment to quality and safety in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct CCTV inspections of mainlines and service laterals using advanced equipment


• Perform detailed assessments in accordance with PACP, LACP, and MACP standards


• Accurately locate and document sewer infrastructure for GIS/mapping purposes


• Prepare and submit inspection reports with clear, organized data


• Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV equipment in the field


• Coordinate with project managers and field crews to support rehabilitation planning

Qualifications:

• Valid PACP/LACP/MACP certification (required)


• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sewer pipeline inspection, including laterals


• Proficient in using Aries LETS or similar CCTV camera systems (preferred)


• Strong knowledge of sewer systems, mapping standards, and safety protocols


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in variable outdoor conditions


• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills


• Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
