At Steele Ford Lincoln, we're looking for an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Representative to join our Used Car team in Halifax.

This is an opportunity for a proven automotive salesperson who wants to take their performance to the next level with a strong dealership, a dedicated used vehicle operation, and a team that understands what it takes to succeed.

  Uncapped commission with the potential to earn $100,000+ annually based on performance.


• Guaranteed Income While You Build
  For up to your first year, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $682.69 per week, unless your earned commissions exceed that amount.

  Work with a team focused specifically on the used vehicle business, with the inventory, systems and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for an experienced automotive salesperson who:

• Has proven success selling vehicles, preferably in a dealership environment


• Understands the used vehicle sales process from lead to delivery


• Knows how to prospect, follow up and build a strong customer pipeline


• Is confident negotiating and closing deals


• Understands the importance of CSI and delivering an exceptional customer experience


• Is comfortable working with digital leads, phone calls, internet inquiries and showroom customers


• Takes ownership of their results and doesn't need to be chased


• Is competitive, motivated and hungry to succeed


• Builds genuine relationships and earns repeat and referral business


• Holds a valid driver's licence
