We’re seeking a Creative Lead to join our fast-growing Marketing team at EY Studio+ Athens. You’ll contribute to the development of impactful creative output across integrated campaigns, bringing strong ideas, craft and attention to detail. Working closely with strategy, design and technology teams, you will help shape concepts, develop compelling narratives and support the execution of creative projects across a range of industries - including financial services, consumer markets, manufacturing, and government.

Your key responsibilities

As a Creative Lead, you'll contribute to shaping strong creative output and ensuring consistency, quality, and impact across deliverables. You will lead a talented team of designers, motion designers, copywriters, and social media specialists, while also working closely with strategists, project managers, and customer experience experts to develop ideas and help translate strategy into compelling creative concepts across digital and integrated channels. Your role will bridge creativity with business objectives, ensuring that outputs are relevant, engaging, and aligned with client needs.

Also, you will:

• Define and articulate creative direction and concept across integrated campaigns, brand and digital experiences.


• Lead, support and upskill the creative team on a day-to-day basis, providing clear guidance, constructive feedback, and inspiration throughout the creative process.

• Present creative concepts and campaign amplification to stakeholders with clarity and confidence, ensuring alignment with client expectations and strategic direction.


• Stay up to date with digital and GenAI trends, bringing fresh ideas, creative approaches, and emerging technologies into projects.


• Elevate the overall creative output by maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and originality across all deliverables.

Skills and attributes for success:

• 5–8 years of professional creative experience in a creative agency.


• Passion for creative excellence, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, creative direction, and integrated campaign work across multiple channels.


• Proven experience guiding a creative team in a fast-paced environment, leading the full creative process - from ideation to execution - and delivering 360° integrated campaigns across channels.


• Ability to translate strategy into clear, engaging creative concepts.


• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative ideas to internal teams and client stakeholders.


• Experience in managing multiple projects, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Fluency in English.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Hands-on experience with AI-driven creative tools and the ability to apply them within creative workflows.


• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and collaborate effectively across teams.

Our team works with clients both in Greece and internationally. Your ability and willingness to travel and work on-site and remotely with clients in different countries will be an advantage.
