Job Description - Facility Customer Service Coordinator
Description
The Facility Customer Service Coordinator works closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. This position contributes to the growth of our business through supporting current and potential customers, handling inquiries and determining their product needs.
Location: 2391 Huron St., Unit 1, London, ONT N5V 0A8
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, first shift
Compensation: $22.08 - $28.69 hourly
Responsibilities
Address customer inquiries via telephone and email by providing accurate information regarding products and product applications
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Build positive relationships with customers
Intake, process, and verify customer orders to ensure they are completed and documented accurately
Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations
Act as liaison between customer, sales representatives, and store staff
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including safety, loss prevention, and security
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Assist with moving and loading product
Operate batch tinting equipment, as needed
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English
Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion
Preferred Qualifications:
Have an associate's degree or higher in Business, Sales, or Marketing
Have at least one (1) year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales
Have at least one (1) year of work experience using material handling equipment (for example: forklifts (stand and sit), pallet jacks, hand trucks, order pickers, vacu-hoists, drum dollies, conveyor belts, etc.)
Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
Have prior work experience operating tinting or color matching equipment
