The Facility Services Manager is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective operation of the Laurier Brantford Family YMCA. This position provides comprehensive oversight of facility maintenance, housekeeping operations, asset management, contractor relationships, regulatory compliance, preventative maintenance programs, and facility safety initiatives. Reporting directly to the General Manager, Laurier Brantford Family YMCA, with indirect reporting to the General Manager, Facility Assets, the Facility Services Manager plays a key leadership role in delivering YMCA standards of service excellence, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting a high-quality member experience.
