Job Description - Field Marketing Representative

Kognitive Sales Solutions is on the lookout for dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Field Marketing Representatives. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers in retail environments to educate them about President’s Choice Financial Products. Our mission is to foster meaningful connections and generate excitement around these trusted financial offerings.

Compensation:

  • Base pay plus commission.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth education to customers about the benefits and features of President’s Choice Financial Products.
  • Assess customer needs to make well-informed recommendations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure an enjoyable experience for each client.
  • Drive sales and increase brand awareness by becoming a knowledgeable advocate for the products we represent.
  • Engage customers creatively to share the advantages of our offerings.
  • Foster positive relationships with store staff to enhance collaborative efforts.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling customer information.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in retail or financial sectors is preferred.
  • Comfortable working towards sales targets and achieving goals.
  • Outgoing, approachable, and skilled in engaging customers.
  • Prior customer service or sales experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal/credit background check if necessary.
  • A desire for continuous learning through training and coaching opportunities.
  • Access to a vehicle or a valid driver's license is an asset, allowing for reliable transport to various store locations.
