Field Service Technician - DH Service

The Field Service Technician is required travel to customer locations and is responsible for commissioning, servicing, calibrating, troubleshooting, and tear down of specialized equipment related to shop service equipment. Travel required work is performed in the customer shop. 

 Major Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong business relationship with existing clients.
• Responding to customer calls in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Diagnose problems and advise operators on how to properly maintain equipment.
• Address issues as they arise.
• Communicate with a Manager regularly, on all aspects of service.
• Other duties as assigned.

 Qualification Requirements (Minimum Education and Experience):

• Experience in a mechanical repair environment.
• Hydraulic experience would be an asset.

This position is classified as safety sensitive, and employment would be conditional on satisfactory completion of a pre-employment testing.
